We recently welcomed Access Your Life to the new Caretech UK Ltd showroom. They joined us to shoot some promotional content and video reviews of our product range, which we look forward to sharing with you soon. However, their visit also stressed to us the importance of having a diverse range of ‘real people’ in content creation to give a true representation of product suitability.
Many people require independent living aids, coming in all shapes, sizes and ages. However, we frequently see companies within the disability and independent living sector choosing to promote their brands and products with only elderly models. Although a key client type for the market, this is not the only client type that our products could be suitable for.

Lauren, the company Director, also shared with us her first experience of an event after her diagnosis of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Seeing no representation of her age group in the branding from attending companies left her feeling upset and alone.
