Caretech’s services are designed in such a way that they are easily and securely operated and supported by colleagues working from home. Our flexible working practices mean that many of our engineers are also used to working remotely. We are providing additional support and equipment to ensure we can deliver the same level of service to you and on time.
Any operational impact on our services from this outbreak is raised with our internal crisis management team immediately. Resources are then directed to where they can have the greatest impact for all clients.
Supporting our clients and our staff
We have put measures in place to ensure that our colleagues and clients are safe, that travel is minimised, and that emergency cover is maintained.
We are providing support to engineers to ensure their safety and well-being at this difficult time. This includes full PPE including shoe covers, Gloves, Masks and Coveralls. Clients are asked to make equipment available to us whilst implementing social distancing good practice.
Additionally, Caretech is accepting urgent orders via email with purchase orders to follow to assist in quick response times.
