Caretech – NHS Supply Chain approved for the Supply, Installation, service and maintenance of patient Bathing, Handling and Transport as well as Bed, Furniture and Pressure Area Care. Product ranges include Patient hoists, beds, plinths, trolleys, mattresses, baths/bath lifters, rise/recline armchairs and more.
Additionally, Caretech specialise in “Home Independence” which includes Stair, Home lifts, ramps and specialist adaptations including Level excess showering.
As an accredited service agent for the leading companies manufacturing the product ranges shown, we undertake Repair, Maintenance and Calibration of most manufacturers’ product ranges.
We employ only, industry specific, fully trained and qualified Engineers who carry out repairs, maintenance, calibration and installation to a wide range of equipment. Regular training is undertaken both in-house and with original equipment manufacturers which is Matrixed as part of our ISO:45001 Quality Assurance accreditation.
LOLER, PUWER, EBME Calibration and PAT Testing can be carried out to conform to HSE and IEE regulations.
At Caretech UK Ltd we use a computerised record system able to give accurate historical information including Product type, Serial numbers, Asset numbers, Age, Condition, Location, and Costs together with the usual detailed Service records, Site Log reports and Certification details. All contract customers have a Portal to access this information (total Visibility).
As an approved NHS contractor, we are well used to the requirements of Estates, Maintenance & Supplies Departments and we can tailor our services to the individual requirements of each site.
We specialise in maintenance contracts that require full emergency cover. Housing Associations, Local community Authorities and many Nursing / Care homes are among our portfolio of clients.
Where appropriate all necessary Safety Tests will be carried out and Certification provided.

How do we achieve this?
Every Caretech engineer carries a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) with an interface which allows real time allocation, updating & completion of field service jobs linking the engineer to our office based system.
They are given full visibility of all jobs allocated to them, equipment details, and equipment job history. The engineer can then identify details of any additional work required, as well as parts needed and has access to parts availability information.
