Administration staff are all NVQ level 3 or higher, attained in house specific to their departments. This, coupled with our operations system enables a smooth solution process and seamless integration with clients.
Application of Technology
Every Caretech engineer carries a tablet with an interface which allows real time allocation, updating & completion of field service jobs linking the engineer to our office based system.
With full visibility of all jobs allocated to them, equipment details, and equipment job history they can identify details of any work required, as well as parts needed and have access to parts availability information.
Caretech engineers also have instant access to the most up-to-date technical manuals, parts lists and MDAs through our bespoke website portal.
Our customer web interface system allows our customers to access (via the internet) information about their equipment, contracts and jobs, as well as giving them the ability to log jobs and request quotes.
