Are Caretech Engineers fully vetted?

All Caretech engineers are interviewed at length, undergo a thorough training program and are CRB checked at the enhanced level. Many are ex forces technicians or have served full apprenticeships, ensuring a high level of competence and ability.

What response times does Caretech give?

Caretech Engineers are on call 24/7 and offer a full call out cover to all contracted clients. This includes 4 hour and same day response for emergencies and same day standard call outs.

Is there adequate back up?

Caretech has over 30 engineers spread throughout the Midlands, East Anglia, the SE, London and the South, supported by our administration team at our Rayleigh Head Office, along with bases at Norwich and Bromsgove, W Midlands & Contracts office at Stevenage.
